Steven Jeffcoat
Steven grew up in Hilton Head Island and was introduced to this industry by his father, Clyde Jeffcoat, who built many of the initial early Hilton Head homes back in the early 70’s. Steven learned many things from his father. The most important lesson he learned was to provide the highest standards and quality of workmanship as possible to create and maintain a reputation of integrity.
Today, Steven’s father Clyde continues to work alongside him. In addition, Steven now has the opportunity to engage his own son along with his daughters to continue to ensure the Jeffcoat legacy continues as it had been set so many years ago.
Clyde Jeffcoat
Clyde grew up in North, SC where he was taught how to be a Godly man. Starting his career in the 60’s. He later moved his family to Hilton Head in the early 70’s. where he went on to Designing immaculate beachfront properties for developing plantations some of which were for CEO’s and celebrities. Clyde has built hotels and hotels. Today Clyde still draws plans, helps with design-build projects and meets with clients when needed. He enjoys passing on his legacy to his family and dear friends.
Rebecca Thomas
Rebecca grew up in the Lowcountry learning from her father (Steven) and grandpa (Clyde) all aspects of the construction business. She attended Technical College of the Lowcountry following her passion for art and is now working on her administration degree at Martinsburg College. Her goal is to help make her clients renovation dreams become a reality. Rebecca has a three year old son who already loves being able to stop in where Mommy, Pappy, Unc Unc and Grandpa works.
Will Jeffcoat
Will is a freshman at Hilton Head High School. He enjoys spending time with his dad and grandpa, Hunting, Fishing, but most of all learning everything there is to know about the business. On the weekend you and find him, helping his dad with projects, and spending his summer’s assembling and installing cabinets. His dream is to one day take over the business, just like his dad (Steven) did from his father (Clyde). Right now he is busy soaking in all the knowledge he can from his elders.
